Welcome to Yellow Bird Apparel. Throughout these Terms of Service (“Terms”), the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Yellow Bird Apparel.

Yellow Bird Apparel operates this website, including all related information, content, features, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”), to provide customers with access to our apparel, accessories, and branded merchandise. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which enables us to provide these Services.

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.

Yellow Bird Apparel is headquartered in Colorado and ships products throughout the United States.

Many Yellow Bird Apparel products are produced on a made-to-order or print-on-demand basis.

Because products are custom-produced after purchase:

  • Production times may vary
  • Colors and print placement may differ slightly from digital mockups
  • Garment shades and sizing may vary between manufacturers
  • Availability may change without notice

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately; however, we cannot guarantee your device’s display will perfectly match the final product.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify products
  • Discontinue items
  • Limit quantities
  • Refuse sales at our discretion

SECTION 3 — ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from Yellow Bird Apparel.

Orders are not considered accepted until:

  1. Payment is successfully processed, and
  2. We confirm acceptance of the order.

Because production begins shortly after purchase, order cancellations or modifications may not be possible once production has started.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Pricing or inventory errors
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Abuse of refund or dispute systems

If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, an appropriate refund will be issued.

All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Products are intended for personal use only and may not be purchased for unauthorized resale or export.

SECTION 4 — PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.

Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include:

  • Sales tax
  • Shipping fees
  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Carrier surcharges

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Yellow Bird Apparel ships throughout the United States and select international destinations.

All shipping and delivery estimates are approximate and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather events
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect addresses
  • High shipping volume
  • Events beyond our control

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.

Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier will be considered delivered.

SECTION 6 — RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Because most products are custom-made to order, Yellow Bird Apparel generally does not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Preference changes
  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers must contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Eligible claims may qualify for:

  • Replacement products
  • Store credit
  • Full or partial refunds

All website content, including but not limited to:

  • Logos
  • Artwork
  • Product designs

are the property of Yellow Bird Apparel or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
